About Me
Hi, I’m Ninette Kruger — artist, creative mentor, and founder of Encounter Creativity.
I discovered the restorative power of creativity as a little girl after witnessing a deeply traumatic event in which my brother lost his leg.
During that season, I found myself drawing and colouring for hours on end...
Even as a child, I instinctively knew that creativity helped me process overwhelming emotions, quiet my mind, and bring a sense of peace to my nervous system.
What I didn’t realise then was that creativity would become a lifelong pathway of healing, connection, and purpose.
For more than 30 years, I’ve built my life around creativity as both a calling and a way of helping others.
My journey has included:
Co-owning a bridal jewellery and wedding emporium business in South Africa
Leading community upliftment and job creation projects
Working full-time as a professional pewter artist
Teaching metal embossing and creative workshops internationally, both online and in person
Hosting art and craft experiences for corporate teams, women’s groups, and children

To help people reconnect with peace, creativity, and the life God created them for.
As a purpose-driven artist, transformation coach, and host of art workshops and retreats, I’m passionate about helping people uncover their character strengths, step into their unique superpowers, and align their creativity with their life’s purpose.
I believe that when we bring together our natural gifts, strengths, personal values, and passions, we begin to live and create in true alignment with who God made us to be.
From this place, impact flows naturally—allowing us to build meaningful work, fulfilled lives, and contribute in ways that genuinely uplift others and the world around us.
My deepest desire is to see you thrive in every area of life, no matter your age, background, or abilities.
I believe deeply in the power of community and collaboration, and I love bringing people together to create connection, growth, and positive change.
That is why I created Encounter Creativity, an online membership for Kingdom creatives and entrepreneurs.
How Encounter Creativity was born
Today, through Encounter Creativity, I help overwhelmed Christians, Kingdom creatives, leaders, and entrepreneurs use therapeutic creative practices to regulate their nervous systems, process emotions, restore peace, and rediscover their God-given purpose.
I believe creativity is so much more than making something beautiful.
It can become a safe place to breathe again, hear God clearly, heal emotionally, and reconnect with who you truly are.
You don’t have to have it all together to begin.
You simply need a space where you can rest, create, and encounter hope again
